This Slurry Centrifugal Pump transports liquid by the centrifugal force generated when the impeller rotates. It is mainly equipped with impeller, pump body, pump cover, water retaining ring, pump shaft, bearing, sealing ring and stuffing box. The working principle of the Slurry Centrifugal Pumps is that the impeller is rotated by the pump shaft to work on the fluid between the blades, the fluid is subjected to centrifugal action, and then thrown to the periphery from the center of the impeller.
When the fluid reaches the periphery of the impeller, the flow rate is very high. The pump casing collects the liquid that is ejected from each of the blades, and the liquid flows in the casing in a direction in which the volute-shaped passage is gradually enlarged, thereby converting the kinetic energy of the fluid into static pressure energy and reducing energy loss. The liquid in the center of the impeller is forced to be thrown away at a high speed due to the high speed rotation of the impeller, so that a low pressure is formed at the center of the impeller, and the liquid in the lower tank is continuously sucked up. It is very efficient and resistant to wear, and it has a long service life. It is widely applied in mining, power, metallurgy, coal and other industries.
